At Dori Handcrafts, every product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail by skilled artisans. We aim to provide the best shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are available.
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
As our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to handmade craftsmanship
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
